About the Position:
We are actively searching for an Accounting Director based in Houston for a BTR portfolio in Texas. This person will oversee Property Accounting, Corporate Accounting, and Construction Accounting for the company and their BTR communities in and around Houston, as well as other markets in Texas!
Position bases in Houston.
Polished, highly motivated, and driven individual with multifamily, BTR, and/or single family corporate and, construction, and corporate accounting experience who can work well in a fast paced environment
Yardi experience
CPA Highly Preferred but not required
Bachelors Degree
