About the Position:Â
An experienced and analytical Asset Manager is needed to direct the Asst Management of a Class A/B new development lease-up stabilized and value-add portfolio located throughout the East Coast. This is a strategic role which will work with development, asset management and property management to enhance day-to-day operations of the overall performance of an upscale portfolio in major metropolitan cities along the East Coast. This portfolio has significant growth opportunity as many new developments stabilize. Travel up to 25-30%.
