About the Position:
We are currently seeking a multi-family Asset Manager to join the team based Southeast Florida, Ideally Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. The role supports the efforts of the East Coast team’s site level business plan execution. This includes property management oversight, operations analytics, lease-up strategy and execution along with acquisition and disposition support. The position will require travel throughout the East Coast portfolio.
