About the Position:
Due to growth, they will be adding an Asset Manager to their team. This person will oversee a portfolio of 10-15 student housing properties, ranging from class B renovations to luxury stabilized assets.
Position will base in the New York City area (required)
Ability to travel 30%, occasionally higher
Student housing experience highly preferred (although conventional multifamily background will be considered)
