About the Position:
The company is currently hiring for two key compliance positions: Compliance Manager and Compliance Assistant in Hawaii. These are newly created roles designed to strengthen the company’s compliance operations and ensure adherence to HUD and LIHTC regulations. The Compliance Manager will oversee two Compliance Assistants and report directly to leadership. Responsibilities include managing audits, responding to annual reporting requirements, supervising certifications, and ensuring the portfolio remains compliant with all applicable regulations.
The Compliance Assistant will provide essential support in day-to-day compliance tasks, working closely with the Compliance Manager and the broader team. Both roles require a strong understanding of HUD, LIHTC, and Yardi software. The positions are primarily remote, but candidates must reside in Hawaii or be willing to relocate.
