About the Position:
This position will report to the President and be involved with all the development duties of various projects at different stages from inception through completion. . This role will analyze project feasibility including financial, regulatory, and market considerations; oversee creation of pro formas, financial models, and risk assessments; manage funding applications, grants, and other subsidy programs; and coordinate with lenders to secure construction and permanent financing.

The company has a huge pipeline and plans to do 3-5 projects per year. This is a very visible position and will get involved in various aspects of the company. The per project bonuses will be VERY lucrative!
