About the Position:
This person will be responsible for a portfolio of 6 assets throughout the greater Houston area, ensuring maintenance policies and procedures are followed and helping train as needed. Additionally, this role will outline capex forecasts, select contractors and oversee all capital projects. This is fantastic opportunity to travel to multiple sites locally and work with a company who has doubled in size nationally over the past 3 years!
