The company is an expanding multifamily player that is focused on buying and holding conventional multifamily assets long term. They are expanding their Investor Relations Group which operates more from an asset management focus than on marketing and PR. This individual will have the opportunity to work closely with the various investor groups and the numbers behind the performance of the assets. They will also work heavily with the acquisition executives in Texas and the Southwest as they aggressively expand.

This is more of an asset management focused investor relations role with heavy emphasis on modeling and financials.
