About the Position:
They are in a search for a Lead Superintendent (Ground-Up New Construction) to oversee a 2 phase, garden-style project, North of Dallas. This person would be tasked with leading and mentoring a team of "up-and comers", leading project tours, scheduling, and reporting updates along with working side-by-side with the project management team on-site.
Self-motivated performance driven LEADER who collaborates well with other team members and departments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
