We are currently representing a well-established national Owner/Builder who has been in business for over 40 years. This group currently has an active book of 6-10 projects under construction.
About the Position:
Due to continued growth and expansion plans, they need to add a Lead Superintendent for ground up new construction projects in the Fort Myers market. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within multifamily construction (ground up podium and/or large garden style projects).
