They are in need of a Leasing Manager to lead and support a high-visibility, 300+ bed student housing community in the vibrant and competitive San Marcos, TX market. This garden-style asset is preparing for a capital improvement project in the near future, and is needing a leader who is passionate about leasing, energized by student housing, and driven to create operational success from day one.
Responsibilities:
Execute leasing strategies to maintain and grow occupancy.
Partner with the Property Manager to meet leasing targets and concessions strategy.
Serve as the face of the property, building relationships with residents and prospects.
No direct reports, but key influence on resident experience and revenue.
