About the Position:
Due to incredible growth, they need an Owners Rep to base in Indianapolis. As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of commercial construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, design, and final turnover across retail, mixed-use, and industrial developments. This is a crucial role for an individual who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, or related field preferred.Â
8 years in construction management experience, with a focus on mix use or commercial projects. with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, Procore. And MS Project.
Detail oriented with a strong sense of accountability and urgency in meeting deadlines.
