The Property Manager will be responsible for the daily operations, including leasing, marketing, maintenance coordination, and office administration. The role also involves overseeing leasing activity, planning resident events, handling budgeting and financial reporting, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service for residents and prospects.
