About the Position:
This is a Senior Dual Site Property Manager role overseeing two affordable housing properties: a 269-unit Project-Based Section 8 community, and a 30-unit LIHTC property, both located in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay/South End area. The primary focus of this role will be day-to-day property management, building relationships with tenants, and managing deferred maintenance and capital expenditures. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining high-level communication with upper level management, ensuring the properties are maintained at a high standard.
